Must have a Pet !

Animals and humans have lived together for thousands of years. No matter, people seem to be in constant contact with animals. Thus, the human-animal bond has always been present and become tighter. If you live alone, playing with or talking to your pet is a great way to unwind at the end of the day. Or if you have a family, owning a pet sets guidelines of responsibility for the young. Furthermore having a friendly pet at home causes you to remain healthy and happy. This in return reduces unnecessary stress and tension. At the end of the day, having a pet is always fulfilling. .

The roles of animals have begun to change throughout the years. For example, Horses have gone from vehicular beast of burden to elegant, companions who are sometimes used in equestrian sport. Furthermore, dogs were best of burden as well. Dogs had a wide range of task including hunting, protection, and even rounding up live stock. Although dogs are still occasionally kept for work the majority of people who own dogs obtain them because they are a loyal acquaintance. In addition, Humans brought cats into their homes for their formidable ability to catch mice and rats. As a result, pets are believed as trusted friends as they give their owners comfort and affection. They are tame animals kept for companionship or because they are attractive to look at and are good fun.

However, many people think that pets are too much of responsibility, as they require food, walked on a regular basis, lots of love and care. Moreover, any pet that lives outside a cage has to be trained properly so that it does not soil the home. For example, without training dogs can be very destructive and even dangerous. Pets are also very expensive and their food, toys, and medical treatment cost a lot of money too.

In conclusion, if you don’t have a pet, I would seriously consider buying one. Pets are very good company and almost any animal could be a pet. And as George Eliot said, ‘’ Animals are such agreeable friends – they ask no questions; they pass no criticisms ’’.
