Pet Allergy

Your pet is scratching a lot at this time of year? Lick and chew their feet non-stop? Or develop skin infections, bottom itching or ear problems? This part of the year, autumn, is a seasonal allergies time. Dog’s owners mostly will observe these scratching and itching as allergies are very common in dogs.
Pet’s skin is considered to be half the thickness of human skin. Humans usually when they have allergies they get high fever, runny eyes, and blocked nose. While pets are extremely sensitive to allergies they are involved to. Some symptoms of Allergies in Dogs:
> Itchy, red, moist or scabbed skin
> Increased scratching
> Runny eyes
> Sneezing
> Vomiting & diarrhea
> Paw chewing & constant licking
Type of allergies your pet may encounter:
> Contact Allergies: This kind of allergies Pets confront from a direct contact to grasses and surfaces where they attend to lick their feet and develop redness on the tummy,
Contact allergies is considered to be the worst type of allergies in the season when there is lots of rain and sunshine and the plants are in their fast phase of growth.
> Flea allergy: is known to be one of the most common allergies in dogs and cats and occurs when your pet gets a flea bite allergy. Flea allergy develops in response to the saliva the flea injects into the skin during feeding and is so severe that one flea bite can keep your pet itching for 2 weeks. Usually this kind of allergy occurs during the summer as fleas become more widespread.
> Food Allergy: As you may understand, this type of allergy comes from the food that your pet ingests. For example, if your dog is specifically allergic to chicken, then you must avoid feeding it any kind of food that contains chicken nutrient (protein or fat).
> Atopic dermatitis: is an inflammatory, chronic skin disease associated with allergies. It is considered to be the second most common allergic skin disease in dogs. This allergy can be brought on by harmless substances like grass, mold spores, house dust mites, and other environmental allergens.
Finally, look after your pet and inspect its movements. You could easily detect any allergy if you just get to notice the symptoms at the very first phase. And what is better? Give your pet the right nutrients and supplements and manage their health!
